Integrated Equine Therapies faced multiple website challenges that hindered both students and site owners from fully engaging with the platform. By addressing issues such as navigation, payment difficulties, and outdated content, a comprehensive redesign transformed the site into a user-friendly and efficient experience.
The Challenge: A Frustrating User Experience
The website presented several major challenges for both students and the site’s administrators. Students found it difficult to navigate the site, locate the information they needed, and complete course payments. Additionally, the site was filled with blurry, pixelated images and a large number of 404 error pages. For site owners, updating the platform was complicated and time-consuming, further hindering efficient management.
The Solution: A Complete Website Overhaul
To address these issues, a comprehensive overhaul of the website was implemented. A modern theme was applied to give the site a more polished and professional look. All images were updated to eliminate pixelation and improve the overall visual appeal. Navigation was streamlined, making it easier for students to find information quickly, and the payment process was revamped to be user-friendly. Additionally, the site’s backend was reorganized, allowing site owners to update content more efficiently.

The result was a much more functional and visually appealing website. The navigation system was fixed, enabling users to access information easily. Updated images ensured the site looked clean and professional, while 404 error pages were eliminated. The overall content strategy was refined, creating a streamlined experience for visitors. As a result, students could now easily navigate the site and complete course payments, while site owners found it much simpler to manage and update content.
